Mia hadnt slept well the night before. Her senses had been in overdrive, telling her to run and for a good reason. Not too long after she left for work, she heard people talking, in panicked tones.
"Pan's casting a curse!"
She froze, knowing whatever Peter Pan had planned would not bode well for any of them. The first person her mind flashed to was Alex. She had to find him. If something happened, she wouldn't let him be alone. Not again.
"It's not much. But I managed to scrape together enough to get a little something from Gold's. I felt bad. So Merry Christmas, I guess." -- Alex
"Alex...it's beautiful.....I....thank you." Mia smiled happily at the gift before looking at him. "Can...can you help me put it on?"
