Solaris blew out. It never happened.
do you love me
OF COURSE I LOVE YOU LET'S GET MARRIED
*giggles a bit before sitting down so he doesn't stress himself* Just…people harassing my friend and making her leave…then people not believing her and treating me badly…parents not caring about the fact that I'm upset, it…I just dunno what to DO anymore!
"Aw, yeah. That really bites..."
Sonic couldn't say that he understood the issue with parents, because he'd never known his own. However, he could definitely relate on the friend factor. He couldn't count how many times Tails had been bullied, just for being different. At first, the fox could handle it on his own; now, though, it was up to him to stick up for his friend.
"I'm bettin' you stuck up for her and everything already, yeah? And she's already left..."
He shook his head.
"Do ya still keep in contact with her? If it were me, I'd just keep encouraging her all I could every day. Respect her decisions, yeah, but don't let her feel alone. 'cause, y'know, feeling alone is the worst."
He wasn't entirely used to it. He'd forgotten the feeling since Tails. But it'd come back while he was in the hospital, and he was sure he'd rather feel discouraged than alone.
"If you're already doin' that, that's swell. Keep up with it. If you need help with it, I'd be totally willing to contact yer friend myself if she has a Tum-Tum."
Silly nicknames. Just his attempt to lighten things up.
"As for your parents... You got people who do care, right? You can focus on 'em. Like, heck, I care! An' if talking to me is all you can do about it, then go for it, because y'know I could chatter it up a storm if it'd help ya feel better!"
"It sounds real tough, girly, not gonna lie. But the people who do care are there for ya, right? And that's what counts! Just keep doing what you enjoy. Keep talking to people. That's what I do! Let the wind pass you by, and when the going gets rough just keep on goin'!"
Th-that'd be nice, if you don't mind…I know you just got out of the hospital n' all..
"Oh, don't worry 'bout that. It ain't a problem."
As if to affirm this statement, the blue hedgehog glanced at his bandages, then gave a shrug. He approached her, standing on his tip-toes so he could place a hand on her shoulder.
"Tell me what's up."
*sniffsniff* Hey, Sonic..
"Hey..."
His voice softened midway through the word; he noticed her distress. He approached her, arms slightly outstretched.
"What's wrong, girly? Would'ja like to talk about it?"
..H-how emotionally stable are you?
Ah, I wouldn't be an adequate judge of that. I would either underestimate -- or overestimate -- my own stability. I would like to think I'm more so than future me, which is understandable, given that he's been through a lot more.
I think you did that another time the mood came up… How often does it show up? What triggers it?
Not often. Once every two months or so at most.
... I wish I knew the answer to your second question, but unfortunately, I don't. Future me and another me don't seem to have to deal with them, so it must have something to do with time and emotional stability? That's all I can guess.
Oh, jeez! Good thing I wasn't around for that! .D.; Or…Sonic wasn't. Wasn't he around the last time?
I believe so, if my memory serves correctly.
I avoided everyone this time.
