Well, if that's the case, then I guess you'll have to simply run Steak Dee out of business. Be more competitive than him; offer more deals and specials at your cafe; give people more incentives to go for salad and tea rather than meat; pull some business tactics and decisions to prove to him why the block isn't big enough for both of your occupations.
