Steakhouse Salad

Field greens, grilled sliced steak, tomato, red onions & Bleu Cheese.

Hands down my favorite dish on the menu.  A 7 oz USDA Prime N.Y Strip sliced up and place on a bed of mixed greens including watercress and romaine lettuce.  Mixed greens are tossed in a lemon horseradish sauce that compliments the steak very well.  Garnished with two cherry heirloom tomatoes and two truffle-oiled deviled eggs.  

“Our best seller yet,” Chef John Holloman said.  “65% of our entree dishes as lunch are the steakhouse salad, 35% at dinner, which is still substantially high.”  “I think it’s a great dish for people trying to eat healthy, with a mixture of great protein and elegant garnishes for the guy trying to keep his masculinity!”

There is no shame in my game when it comes to ordering this salad.  I enjoy every last bite of it and always recommend it to every one of my guests that are eating at the restaurant for the first time.  It’s one of those dishes that people will talk about and will come back for it again.
