The Truss Dining table
Creation of Brandner Design.
Trusses composed of triangles for the structural stability of that shape and design, were first used to build bridges in this country as early as the mid-17Th Century. These “simple” designs are part of our history and inspire our furniture. By extending the center beam, our Truss Dining Table design can be adapted to desks, conference tables, and consoles.
VICTORIAN DRAWING TABLE.
A very fancy Victorian cast iron artist drawing table. Table is fully adjustable, top tilts and adjusts in height, it also swivels to the sides. This one is a rare sample of this type of tables , they are usually more utilitarian and not as fancy and decorated. All original including the “ Japanned “ finish to the metal very trendy back then. Table is also on casters and makes a great tray for breakfast in bed!
