Hey! I have a Nightwing that has flurry and charge. If I use Charge to get into close combat with someone, use the free close combat action, then use flurry for my attack action. Could I potentially attack a character 3 times in one turn?

Unfortunately no.  When you use Charge you get a free close combat action, which you can use to activate Flurry, so only 2 attacks.

CHARGE: Give this character a power action; halve its speed value for the action. Move this character up to its speed value and then it may be given a close combat action as a free action. This character ignores knock back.

FLURRY: Give this character a close combat action. After the close combat attack resolves, it may make a second close combat attack as a free action.

Would you mind explaining the new Cipher ability to me? I'm not sure I totally understand it and it seems ridiculously over powered to me... Thanks!
