all of the syringe/needle/stabbing imagery. the 'pinches' in the side

the way she flipflops between making the host feel loved and freaking them out

the whole "you were my only friend" thing. making all troubles melt away at a time the host was really struggling (after their father left), and again now with their whole *gestures wildly* situation

like did you SEE the patty cake scene? how they reacted to that?? come on

did u see it says at the very bottom 'ambulance and emergency room sold separately'. haha

demanding serious sacrifices: making the host give up the award (symbol of the accomplishment they're most proud of)

sweet and nice while the host is "playing with her" (still using), enraged and horrifying as soon as they try to leave her behind

the chase scene = trying to quit

steffi chasing them around while they try to get away, then flipping the script and disappearing until the host is desperate for *her* to come back

and when she does it's with a hug! and the horror lighting fades away and everything is alright again
