A few episodes into Stellvia. It’s so weird nowadays going back and watching an anime with a school setting that actually focuses on the experience of taking classes and doesn’t just treat school as a backdrop for other things.

Like, yes, this is a show about flying spaceships, but they make it clear that flying spaceships is just one of a number of things the characters are studying
