yeah yeah obviously it has been extended to include trans people but like
cis people who dont experience same-gender attraction cannot describe themselves as queer because the word hasnt been used to harm them or single them out.

well it varies in how bad it is but it essentially ranges from saying that some cishet who fucks in public is queer by defying normative sex location standards to saying that someone who doesn’t experience same-gender attraction is queer.
They are different by a wide margin but both are gross.
If you exerience exclusively different-gender attraction, you are straight. This applies even if you are asexual or aromantic. Still straight.
