Reality check: I haven’t workout, touched weights, or taught class in over a week. Right before Christmas, I was down for the count with the flu. I could barely function. Like walking the dog was hard. Towards the end, I could’ve tried to work out or teach, but I knew my body was still telling me to rest. Instead of hitting the floor running, once I finally got my energy back, I decided to take it a bit slow. Today was day 2 of yoga. It wasn’t until yesterday I felt like I could get a small workout in.
