I have this written on one of my many journals I keep. I have a couple of shelves filled with information, ideas, stories, etc. it is neat to go back and look at an idea that I had written down that now, is not just an idea, but it has become a reality. Every single thing you see and use was just an idea in someone’s head at one time. They never gave up. Persistence and perseverance is not easy. Seeing things to completion is not easy either. But when you have accomplished something and you have seen the work of your labor with your own eyes and touched it with your own fingertips, there’s something very satisfying in that. Everyone is given 24 hours in a day but few people actually take the time that they are given to work on the dreams that they have. They get to the end of their life and they don’t regret the things they did. They regret the things they didn’t do. To risk is to live. Feel the fear and do it anyway. I have failed way more times than I have succeeded but I get back up every morning and try again and I’m always trying new things to see what works. If you’re doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results, you need to cast your net on the other side of the boat. Try something completely different. Everything is a learning process.
