#iWalk - In Pursuit of Normalcy. When I compared my steps for Match 2019 yo March 2020; I did well. However I see evidence of how this current environment is having an apparent impact on my HealthTriad! I left over half of my days open without reaching my goal of 15,000 steps/day! Yes there are more important matters to worry about; perhaps I am trying to cope by attempting normalcy! Now that I have gotten into this health thing I don’t want to go back.
