every town in the uk has one —— as a child , you begged your parents to let you try and hook a duck to win a goldfish . as a teenager , you went on the jumping frog until you puked up the five pound vodka someone got from the corner shop . lockbourne fair is an event that has snowballed over the years into one hell of a get together . it used to just be a few rides and some food stands but now it has it all you could possibly dream of for a fair . !! ( this is a pinned post )
the lockbourne misfits have never missed an annual fair — it’s tradition that they attend each year and evidently cause mayhem . with every fairground ride , game + food stall you could imagine , there’s absolutely no reason why nobody would have fun !! there’s even live music from local bands , a pop-up bar sponsored by the red lion + extended late night hours for extra fun , too . I swear i’ve heard someone in the group refer to it as ‘ lockbourne’s answer to glastonbury ’ .
