I love listening to Gym Class Heroes then asking people if they know about them, when they say no I get a slight grin across my face then proceed to tell them all the popular hit songs that they had released (Stereo Hearts and Cupids Chokehold being the most referenced songs I use) and watch as they began to slowly realize the major popularity they were unaware of, not knowing that a song they knew so fondly (Cupids Chokehold likely) was made by this turning point band into the emo rap genre. It makes me so happy knowing that they receive attention even to this day yet unknowingly people validate the artwork that is of Travie McCoys quick lyricism or whatever.
