Praise God for financial Aid :)
So amazing that it went through on the way to dinner with Hannah and Nathan. What great news to share! and I only have to pay about 800 monthly out of pocket instead of $1500 a month. I know it’s not my ideal way of “God’s provision” but it is Him providing none the less. When God fed the masses back to back within two chapters, his disciples asked him if he could do it. Why ask when Jesus literally just performed the miracle? We see God provide everyday from small things to big things like a car, gas, a phone, a fitbit( lol) free rent at Stevens grandmas… Do I possess even less faith?
I was so encouraged to hear Hannah and Nathan’s story of just how not only were they struggling with God providing in all the times they’ve moved around without knowing anyone there but trusting that God put them in a place where they were needed. I’ve heard of their stories from steven of Hannah being a sole provider, even now on a single income and helping Nathan through medical school but seeing them in person was quite a different experience. Have a good time in Taiwan! So jellly melly.
And for my own record ;) After Stevens break up, he Skyped Nathan and Hannah so I only have 1 picture to go off of for N and H, and N’s eyes are definitely larger in person and they don’t look like twins as they did in the screen shot :p so sad to hear that Lighthouse is reverting back to a church of less cross generational unity. I guess it's true what they say, they are missing the good works of Hannah, Nathan and Steven ;) I feel so silly moving down a list of Stevens friends to meet. His Lighthouse meet ups and meeting Winston briefly, H and N yesterday, Phil is today. When am i meeting James? I’ve already met his dog and grandma! Haha
I wonder if steven is still sleeping :)
