Winning in a Competitive Market
Today's Real Estate Market is as 🔥HOT🔥 as it's ever been, and Home Buyers are finding that there's LOTS of competition with other buyers. A couple of months ago, I had clients who found the home of their dreams. The problem: They were one of 15 (yes, that's FIFTEEN) other buyers who made an offer on the same property. In the end, my client's offer was the one that was selected - not because they offered the best price, but because we deployed a strategy that made their offer the STRONGEST offer in terms of what the Seller was seeking. So, how did we do it? Very simply, we found the Seller's motivation; listened to what they wanted; evaluated what we were willing to do and acted accordingly.
