Fathom, old ghost that he is no matter his current form, takes a moment to turn around. The sky is clear out there, the night is cool and calm, and he regards space and time both with a quiet, fond detachment. It would almost be meditation, if he weren't simply thinking and enjoying the quiet, the view.

It is rare for him to have quiet, these days. It comes with being a Professor, and a traveler, and a wandering scholar, and he does not regret it one bit. Just like he doesn't mourn the quiet that is no longer there, as he offers Siffrin to sit nearby.

"The stars are beautiful tonight." He replies. "It would be disrespectful not to appreciate them."

He gasped as the plush was presented to him and reached out to grab it, immediately hugging it to his chest with a giggle.
