My two favorite Buddhists had birthdays one day apart snd it was yesterday & today brcause the universe would have imploded if they’d both held out till xmas.

A quick reminder that the memorial for our beloved and deeply missed husband, brother, and friend, Steve Silberman, is tomorrow at the Unitarian Universalist Society in SF. Doors open at 1:30. Ceremony begins at 2:00. Reception to follow. Everyone is welcome to celebrate the life of a true mensch who did everything he could to make the world better.

We'll leave the video up for a couple weeks after the ceremony, at which point we will take it down. Like life itself, this memorial is impermanent.

Hi everyone -
A reminder that the memorial for our beloved friend, husband, brother, and all-around mensch Steve Silberman will take place on Saturday, November 9, at the First Unitarian Universalist Society of San Francisco, 1187 Franklin Street (at Geary). Doors will open at 1:30 and the ceremony will start at 2:00, with a reception to follow.
For those who can't attend in person, the webcast will be hosted by the Unitarian Universalist Society's YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@UUSFMedia
They will keep the video available for a couple weeks, so that folks who are busy on the day of the event can watch it later, but at that point we will ask them to take it down. Like life itself, this ceremony is an ephemeral event.
