maturing is realizing that steve wasnt ever as bad of a person as people pretend he was. he was a bit of an asshole, sure, but the people im seeing comparing his 10/10 redemption arc to billy's "redemption arc" is total bs. billy was an abuser and a bully. steve was kinda a dick. not the same thing.
