Finally!! I finally figured out who this mysterious guy is.. for those of you not familiar with DC .. this picture is posted EVERYWHERE.. from #ward1 to #ward7 you will see a poster of this guy on utility poles, bridges, on the side of random walls to God knows what else.. one day I felt as if this poster was following me around DC.. #paradoid a lil maybe?? 😶. Well anywho if any one else was wondering his name is #stevencummings and he is a local artist. What he needs to do is be in charge of my marketing...😏. #artuare
