My designs for the Workshop trio! These guys never escaped the 1983 Workshop but I think about them Often; Bi-Decker the Bilevel Coach, Strike the Mail Van, and Zero the Freezer Truck!
Strike was made part of the freight train even though as a mail truck he'd be a non-revenue passenger car, and Zero was likely an early version of Volta (Electra didn't have components in the workshop, so when the time came to make them they probably adapted the freezer truck they already had). And Bi-Decker was simply one of several coaches axed from the final product 😔
