coming back from my summer semester of college has been so fckn hard bc i'm not out to my family and it's just painful being around them for some reason and i can't attempt to make a lesbian relationship bc i go back tuesday which seems close but is SO far, also not being busy with schoolwork was nice for like one day but now i feel lazy and inefficient and i just want to either be stressed or super gay gah

i've been trying to accept the fact that i am gay recently and it has been stressing me out so much !!! yay!!! i'm scared to accept that i am not going to have the Typical Life everyone expects me to have and that future employers/friends/teachers/coworkers will look at me differently, and especially with me going into engineering (a male dominated field) i'm gonna be the butt end of so many jokes and just feel awkward in classes and workspaces. oh, and i have no idea how my family will react to this except for the fact that our one gay great-aunt is seen as "weird" and they still call her wife her "partner" or just refer to her by her name rather than just her WIFE. i! hate! this! feeling!
