‘Most people are. I’m a blessing,’ the woman laughed, pleased to see Lili smiling. If she achieved nothing else today, she’d at least achieved that and honestly? That was all she’d wanted. ‘Well. That’s true. You should’ve known better too.’ Sophia wasn’t the kind to sugarcoat or lie. ‘But you’re human. Sometimes humans are selfish.’ It was meant in the nicest way possible. ‘I mean, if I had a dollar for everytime I did something I shouldn’t, I’d own my own spa.’ Mistakes were easily made, even when they tried their hardest not to. ‘Doesn’t surprise me. You’re an impossible person to hate.’ Super easy to love though, something Soph expected KJ knew. It was probably why he was so understanding. Love made people do all sorts. ‘Confused about what?’
“Seriously, you are such a blessing.” Lili agreed, even though she could tell by the tone of Sophia’s voice that she was being sarcastic. To Lili, Sophia was one of the best things that had happened to her since joining big brother, she was a true blessing. She nodded along, glad that the other woman was honest with her, “I guess, but we’re always taught to not be selfish, that being selfish is wrong and blah blah blah.” She spoke, then laughed at the other woman's comment, “damn, now I wish you had your own spa.” Lili joke, although it would be nice, and much more convenient. “Super hard to hate? I don’t know about that, it’s a nice thought though.” She shrugged again with a small sigh before continuing. “Just...everything. How I feel about KJ and Patrick and myself. What I want. All of it. I just don’t know.”
