Thank you Bollers for giving us one of the top 10 funniest things Eggman has ever said, especially in the context of a Sonic panel very clearly referencing the JFK assassination
Julie-Su gets a data file this time. Notice how her bio opens with three full paragraphs about her family tree and nothing concrete is really said about her personality. This is peak Penders
bye Heavy
The crowd literally chanting for Sally to use the sword again is so good and so in line with how I feel about this story arc
Anyway, Antoine’s dad is back!! Unlike Sonic, Antoine never got a chance to reunite with his father after Endgame due to him being across the ocean and still evil at the time, so this has been a very long time coming
Last issue, after his first failed attempt to change the past, Dimitri told Knuckles there were only two more points where he could really try to change things. So he heads back to when Dimitri and Edmund suggested putting Angel Island back on the ground with the Chaos Siphon and uses his godlike powers to mind control the Magistrate into approving their plan
Again, Chaos Knuckles can give himself any power he wants. He can control the mind of anyone around him whenever he damn well pleases
Anyway, so this should work, right? If Dimitri and Edmund’s plan gets approved, Dimitri will never use the Chaos Siphon for revenge and turn into Enerjak, starting the feud between the two sides of the family. Right?
Except then they drop the island too fast and it crashes into the ground and everyone dies. Oops!!
This is supposed to be like a dramatic story about how even with his godlike power Green Knuckles can’t change the past, but it just comes off as this dark slapstick comedy where the city keeps being destroyed all of a sudden in cartoonish, improbable ways
