Recently I got a collection of "traffic light wristbands" from Stickman Communications, who are a fabulous company. They've been so helpful in allowing me to express where I'm at, on any given day. Today I started the day wearing my orange "Today's not amazing but its not too bad either" wristband, and for the first time I decided to change to my green "Today is fabulous! Its a maximum ability day" wristband. I'm so hecking happy rn. Its ok for things to be too much and for things to be difficult but lately I've been finding everything™ difficult so it's nice to have a change. #stickmancommunications #disabled #disability #alternativecommunication
