You can notice how all Steals are in negative values, while all Magnets are in positive values. Generally, if an effect will target anyone who went before you, you'll find it in Negative values, and if it targets players after you, it'll be positive. You could use this information to intuit what sort of effects are likelier to be played based on the position of the rule coin at the start of a round. Small design note bonus: while Magnet characters were generally chosen due to stickiness, Steal characters were generally chosen due to… well… relation to stealing stuff!
