Yall ever just suddenly feel so uneasy and it feels like everything's about to come crashing down when sth bad happens to a person of comfort. Like that's MY emotional support human, how DARE you hurt them. How dare you hurt them

Or when one suddenly goes without announcing why and you get worried and just think lol. Was i ever worth something to them.

Or when they stop replying to your messages but still interact with you through other means. It hurts.

Or when they're there for you but their words are so harsh and distant. It makes me scared

Or when they do something that makes you feel sick to the stomach and you don't know why- and you feel like you have to run and never associate yourself with anything that's to do with them

5 different people btw, not just one to be clear

They won't see this, most of them. But if you are, you know who you are. Don't worry, this is just me being mentally ill.
