Did anyone ever find where stillectric went? If they are taking a break from media I hope they are well!!

I sadly joined the Witcher fandom almost 6 months after Stillectric seemed to have vanished, and as far as I’ve heard no one knows why they did. Some people have mentioned that Stills had a history of spontaneously deleting their accounts and taking down their art, and then resurfacing again, but anything more than that was speculation.

I hope wherever they are now that they are well. I really love their art! I just wish I had been around to squee and flail my arms at their wonderful posts.

Hiya - so more than a year ago I stumbled upon @little---games blog and they were posting a lot of stillectric (once someone reblogs something it'll never disappear again). From there on it was digging through their archive an reblogging everything I could find! Because oh yes, the joy stillectric/345ms brought! <3 (and I arrived too late to meet them :s ). The reblog spree I was on yesterday was mostly from my own archive now - and I still found a new piece on tumblr just by searching and I remembered one pic I knew I had (but didn't show up on mobile) so I got impatient and fetched that one from pinterest... And the best thing - I didn't even reblog everything - so more goodies in the archive (and in little---games' archive). Loving vampires and pack is the best!

Stillectric’s Witcher Art

Ok Tumblr... I’m terribly sorry if I annoyed anyone with my massive flood of reblogs today. After internally panicking because reblogs of stillectric’s art were becoming harder and harder to find, I decided to reblog everything I could get my hands on with the hashtag #stillectric so that anyone who wants to can find them, and the delicious vampire-husbands-goodness doesn’t disappear into the void altogether.

I think I was able to find everything (huge thank you to @valaruakars!) but if you know of anything I missed (or know of a huge stash hidden somewhere) feel free to send me an ask/message with info so I can find it.

And... to explain my obsession... stillectric and @velvettodraws are the first artists I was exposed to when I started looking for Witcher fandom art on Google. I imprinted HARDCORE on their Dettlaff x Regis stuff, and I probably wouldn’t have started writing fic without them.

Here’s hoping the art lives on (and that I don’t have to reblog every Velvetto post with a hashtag because that’s a TON of art and my fingers are not ready for all that typing) (So Velvetto, you are not allowed to vanish!)

Ok, so I regret that I didn’t reblog EVERYTHING from Stillectric/345ms that I found on another person’s blog, because now THAT person’s blog is apparently down too. I saved most of the reblogged art onto my PC, for writing inspiration references, but I’m not going to upload art that isn’t mine (I did that once and only because I needed to know who the artist was).

Does anyone else know of blogs that have archived Stillectric’s art (preferably with easy-search tags)? I’m adding #stillectric to all of my old reblogs just to make sure this art doesn’t disappear into the nether.

Update: I have backed up all of Stillectric’s art to my computer, just in case. Since Still isn’t around anymore, and I really don’t want to see their art disappear from the fandom forever, I’ll see how things go and maybe find a place to share it somehow...

On one hand, I feel really gross potentially reposting someone else’s art, but on the other, this art basically inspired me to start writing, and I know other fans who love it just as much. It would be a tragedy if any of it were lost forever.

It might be a good idea to go through the #Stillectric tag on my blog to save your own copies, too. If anyone knows Still, or knows how Still would want their art handled, feel free to message me with some advice/suggestions.

Thank you so much for reposting all this gorgeous Stillectric art, I miss them terribly. Recently, i find some art with Orianna that i never see before and fall in love with our vampires all over again. So sad Stillectric decide to delete their accounts 😞 and really sorry for my bad english.

You never need to apologise to me for trying English! I'm in awe of anyone who is brave enough to communicate in a language that is not their native tongue. 😍 (And you write in English well!)

I have more queued up for tomorrow. Stillectric's art seriously inspired me when I came to the fandom, so I try to keep it alive for new fans.
