In busy life, we try to create meaning through achievement, productivity, self-definition. But in stillness, meaning isn't something we construct. It’s something we notice.

A stone feels meaningful just because it’s been there. A breeze feels like a message. A memory becomes sacred not because we analyse it, but because we feel it fully.

Stillness becomes a space where meaning can arrive, gently, without being chased.
