STIM/TIC WARNING

To all my fellow adhd/neurodivergent friends - please listen to this song. Oh my god it’s incredible. 

I have never stimmed so intensely, I literally cried and my chest still hurts.

Just as a warning - it’s a pretty intense and powerful song, so be mindful of where you listen to it, and don’t hurt yourself! I’m kind of sore after listening from how intense my stimming was. And if you have tics, you might be triggered (I don’t have them but my friend does and it set hers off).

sometimes i wonder if my criminal minds hyperfixation is slipping away and then i watch two seasons over the weekend and aggressively stim constantly throughout. Nope it’s still very present i just had a busy week.
