Jack has no pitch control while Bitty has one settings and it’s loud.
Jack likes the vibrations off Bitty’s chest when he sings.
As a child, Bitty would sit on the counter and shove his hand into any bowl near him.
Jack helps with the dry ingredients and then keeps his hands firmly on Bitty’s hip bones.
Bitty won Jack a giant rabbit that is easily 4-5 feet tall and SO soft on their first public date after coming out, and Jack has no shame in cuddling it every night they’re apart.
Bitty’s first special interest was bunnies actually! To this day he can talk for hours (And has especially during a lull in a kegster) about all the facts he has collected about them.
Baking of course was his second.
Jack’s first special interest was hockey and there’s a photo of him flapping while at his first game.
Lardo introduces Jack to fidget toys her frog year. She likes making her own and especially likes the heavy key chain types that clink together when she walks. All of them painted BRIGHT colors with swirls and designs she doodles while waiting for a class to start.
Jack also hides out in her studio a lot to watch her paint. He dozes on the free couch she dragged across campus (After being heavily sanitized) while she jumps and dances along to something she can feel the bass in while throwing paint around.
The guys always chirp Bitty for being on his phone during movie nights until Bitty explains that, “I can’t just *watch* a movie, that would drive me up the wall. I have to do something with my hands while listening.”
So Jack leaves a fidget toy on his desk and it promptly never leaves Bitty’s hands ever again.
The rest of the Haus is slightly relieved since sitting next to Bitty definitely means getting hit by a hand, foot, or knee eventually and it helps a little bit.
Jack’s special interest: Bittle
Jack likes to curl up into himself, squeezing his legs or his arms. Then one day during his senior year, Bitty sat on his lap when there was no room (Aka the team made sure to steal his spot when he left to check his oven) and well, that was that.
Tbh Jack is Bitty’s weighted blanket and to say they both love it is an understatement.
Bitty also wears second hand thrift shop hoodies that are worn thin with the tags removed. He’s also the only one in the Haus minus Jack that uses a neutral laundry detergent (Sensitive skin and all that) so Jack doesn’t mind pressing his face between Bitty’s shoulder blades and missing whatever movie they're watching that evening.
During his senior year when he doesn’t have time to make or edit 30-45 minute vlogs like usual, Bitty starts making short Instagram tutorial vids to give his followers SOMETHING during dry spells.
Jack watches them on repeat during roadies under a soft blanket and chewing on the necklace Bitty gave him for his birthday. (”Since ya’ keep complaining about getting holes in your collars.”)
