Page 18 of my stitchbook is completed! I'm 5 days behind the original plan, so I started this page shortly after the Artemis II splashdown. I was so inspired by the shape of the capsule that I took multiple pictures of my TV during the coverage and I knew I had to make a rendition of it for one of my stitchbook pages. I love how it turned out, although it definitely took more than an hour of stitching to completed over the last 5 days. I think I spent at least an hour on the balloons alone.
The materials I used are fabric scraps, recycled clothes, recycled bedsheets, and thrifted embroidery floss.
