Hello! I'm hoping you can help me find a fic I read a while ago. It was erik/charles and charles had no powers. I think it was set in Genosha. Erik loved charles, but thinks he can't be with him because as leader of genosha he feels an obligation to be with a mutant. So he thinks Charles is just Raven's non-powered brother. But really Charles was a victim of Shaw's program to experiment on mutants. There is some line about "why didn't you tell anyone, Charles? Shaw's victims are honored."
