I'm watching Some Like it Hot (1959) for the first time. Twenty minutes or so in the male leads arrive at the train station dressed in women's clothing. Cloche hats and fur brimmed coats and 1950s stilettoes that they make a big number of finding difficult to walk in.
I have one pair of pumps from the 30s and one pair of edwardian/20s repro shoes and they are very easy to walk in for me who never wears heels.
Oh wait, the women waiting in line to board the train have on shoes that look much more 1920s from the heel height and silhouette.

The tenth is a beginner who wants to make a "corset top" showing a pic of actual corsets or stays or a "corset" that is actually a top.

I'm sorry to say I've never read Wuthering Heights because through cultural osmosis I thought it was a about a love triangle. And pining for a mean guy. And I had read harlekin novels and they were boring.
