Despite what r34 might tell you, Toriel is not a whore, she is a loving mother and a woman who respects herself. She loves Kris and wants them to have a better life. So instead of "Ohhh poor Kris so much family trauma, brother is away, parents divorced, mother is drunk and hanging out with some convenience store guy" maybe you should like, ask yourself WHY she divorced Asgore(even without him killing kids LIKE HE FUCKED UP SO BAD EVEN WITHOUT THAT???) and WHY she chose Sans(address the dialogue in Chapter 2 where their manner of talking is literally the one old friends use). Maybe, just maybe, just a thinking food. Maybe Toriel wants Kris to have a better father and to have a full family? And wants to have a stable life with a good confident husband instead of staying a widow? And Sans is fitting both of those? Kris doesn't hate Sans, idk what ass you all pulled fact that from but THEY DO NOT HATE SANS LET ME REPEAT MYSELF, all dialogue options we had with Sans were friendly or at most Kris being slightly annoyed at the puns.
