Water of Leith this morning.
Walked between 6 & 7 miles today, I'm not saying I will do this every day, but need to do more walking. It was a bit different from my usual treks, being more careful and only a couple of slight stumbles, what I will say for now is Arthur's Seat or other hills are a no no, I could climb them okay, but wouldn't trust the descent. Also noticed folk speeding by me, I was no slouch in walking before now, but as Gerry Cinnamon says....... "This is the beginning of the rest of your life"
