OUAT: Snowing Tagline

Okay, maybe I'm alone in this but I really hate when ships steal lines (certain basic ones as exceptions ofc, "I love you" for example), signature scenes, relationship developments from each other. In this case, it's with Snowing, my OTP of OUAT. Their signature since the beginning of the show has been "I will always find you." They said it over & over whenever they were separated. It was beautiful & epic & romantic & I loved it. Still do. What I DON'T like is other ships stealing it. Rumbelle didn't (that I can remember). They said things that essentially meant the same thing...Belle's "I WILL see you again" & "But how will you find your way back to me?" for instance. Swanfire didn't, though to be fair they weren't an official couple in present time, so there was no struggle there. And w Robin & Regina, they were either always together or if they weren't, they thought they'd never see each other again, so that kind of line wouldn't have fit. But then we have Emma going to save Hook in the Underworld & she says "I will find you. I will always find you." I'm sorry, but I def went "Oh Hell No" on her. And yes this is probably heavily due to the fact that my NOTP stole my OTP's signature line, but COME ON. WHY? Can't we have something that means the same thing but not w the same words like w Rumbelle? Sure it's sweet that Emma is following in her parents' footsteps but I rly RLY liked that that was their thing & I was pissed Emma stole it. And yes, I also know Henry said at one point that his family always finds each other but could they please use different lines when they do it? *sigh* And then tonight - now I'm not sure if it was the EXACT words, but it was pretty darn close - for Ruby & Dorothy?! You have GOT to be kidding me. I know this LGBT couple was a long time coming for a lot of people - it was written horribly IMO, but that's a post for another time. But rly, let's face it, Ruby is a minor character. She has her bursts of stardom, this ep being one of them, but she's not one of the MAIN CHARACTERS. And somehow HER ship gets Snowing's signature line?!? *aggravated sigh* I just...I am without words & extremely frustrated. Don't repeat from other couples, writers. Please. Believe it or not, people appreciate creativity, not just repetition. That is all.
