woah do you have any tips for lucid dreaming, i regularly record my dreams and do reality checks but is there anything else i can do to promot lucid dreaming?

I'm not sure how to help because lucid dreaming is something that I don't really TRY to do, I've just always had them.. though after I became aware what it was I had more lucid dreams than before

I don't know if this is true or not but somebody said apple juice before bed makes you have vivid dreams, just thought I'd share that since you seem interested in dreams

can you lucid dream? do you dream walk?

I cannot dream walk at least not that I know, but I almost always lucid dream! the dreams I have that aren't lucid are actually strange at this point because it's like "why can't I control my own body??"
