Uncharismatic Fact of the Day
Stones can't chat, but stonechats can! Birds in the genus Saxicola are named for their alarm call, which has been compared to the sound of stones being struck together. This call comes in handy quite often, as adults nest low to the ground and are vulnerable to a variety of predators including snakes and birds of prey.
