It is a town he’s been living in for the past three months, but three months can feel like three years for someone that has been homesick since day one. Walking around allows him to recognise a few faces to which he nods his head and smiles in a greeting manner only to keep walking, at least until he sees a face that stands out. He knows her first name, and many would say he is lucky to be one of the seemingly few that can remember around 90% of the night even if completely shitfaced, so he definitely remembers her. He approaches the woman with a polite smile but keeping a comfortable distance - not too far, not too close - seeing as they haven’t seen each other since that night. “Gabrielle, hi.” He opts for the formal complete name, though there’s a bit of a feeling that anything he said would be awkward at first. “I haven’t seen you in a while, how have you been?” @stonegab
