When: 4/25/17 | High Noon | Where: Liberty Bell Roast Beef, Stoneham MA | What: Superbeef, LTP, Heavy Sauce | Price: $7.49| Color: Gred (gray/red hybrid) | Weight: bag of marbles ( stoneham stones) | Rating: 3.5 BEEFS | Tasting Notes: Full disclosure...I wasn't even supposed to be having a beef on 4/25. I found myself at a Ford dealership on route 28 looking at cars for a beef queen when low and behold over the rows of escapes, edges, and f150's I spyed with my saucy eyes - adjacent to the car lot- a sign from God himself that I was at the right dealership - it was liberty roast beef and seafood. This stoneham branch also has an outpost in Melrose and had me quickly scoping out super beefs with ltp's instead of SUV's which was a pleasant surprise unlike any car buying experience. Cool old school looking joint from the outside with lots of seating and some tv's on the inside. The beef came out pretty flat and compressed and wasn't much to look at but honestly, it did the job just fine. Typically just heavy sauce and pickles for me but went with the LTP and heavy james river because beach beef bodies are fast approaching and figured the veggies would go straight to muscle. Nice buttery onion roll, plenty of beef well compacted, and nice mix of rare red and gray beef slopped with #jamesriverbbqsauce The sandwich didn't blow me away but it was the perfect escape and gave me the edge I needed when it came down to negotiations. So if you are looking for a new Ford, I can't speak highly enough about their proximity to BEEF and will be looking forward to those #jamesriveroilchanges #onionrollpatrol #stonehamford #beefandcars #sultansofsauce #beefqueens #jamesriverstainsonthewhip #stonehambeef #edgeybeef #superbeef #heavysauce #dealerperks #incentives #powertrainbeefwarranty (at Stoneham Ford)
