I would like to think that Tim used to throw parties at Drake manor that were big enough to be fun but small enough not to be a big deal-
At some point while everyone else is inside drinking, him and a small group of maybe four other people would end up in the back yard getting high and just talking while inside is absolute chaos. Of course they would have moments that are absolutely hilarious but for the most part it would be chill.
