This wouldn't be a credible Stoner site if there weren't at least a few words about Kyuss, would it ;) When I discovered them in 1996, it actually took me a while to finally "get" them. They were already on the verge of splitting into Gamma Ray / Queens Of The Stone Age and Slo Burn, which were nonetheless legendary, though I always wished for a bit more material from Slo Burn in particular. Shortly after, John Garcia formed Unida and then Hermano … Here are two rare scans from late 90s Visions Magazine and Rock Hard with an interesting side note on Scott Reeder being sound guy for Slo Burn.
