Introducing our first two primary recurring characters in Mikey and Carlos, Mikey is Halee's cousin and Carlos is someone who I was very close with in middle school specifically, before he moved back to the Philippines. While I am not really close with either now, I loved having them in my stories and are essential for the chaos present in the revised pilot, as well as the original.

As for Mikey, in the original story, he simply just made obscure comments and called everyone mom for no real reason, because that was the humor that made us laugh when I was writing in middle school. his original character was just a dumb hungry guy and while the revised version is still a little silly and hungry, the revised version is also incredibly skilled when it comes to souping up any vehicle. and now, rather than having random humor, he just seems to have random skills, in addition to it. i think in a series as chaotic. It's this one can be having someone spew random nonsense feels rather normal.

Carlos, in middle school, along with David, helped me write some episodes, and there was this running joke that carlos himself made, uh, that people would mistake him for a terrorist because of his skin, and us being in middle school thought that was really funny. looking at the political scope of things now in modern society, it's significantly less funny, obviously, but the reality of the cartoon version of him was that if any acts of terrorism were performed, it was usually at the expense of other characters individually rather. for example, he genuinely just likes to blow shit up, and we'll sometimes do it for fun. And in my revision, I figured it'd be good to have him be sort of like david's sidekick in a way. While the relationship between the 2 is flawed and toxic, they do care about one another, tho David won't admit it. The main change to Carlos in the revision is more so that he is more laid back but will absolutely help cause chaos for his own entertainment. also, with making him the sort of like david's sidekick in the revision, he can also sometimes be a voice of reason for david when he gets too locked into a power trip, though it very seldom works. Also worth noting that the real life counterpart is currently a teacher <3

My entire creativity journey began in elementary school, but I was making silly comics about me and my friends, and it was titled Cody's life, but this simply evolved into Stoopid Plays. Because I no longer wanted myself to be the center of attention, and I wanted to incorporate other of my friends as primary characters. towards the end of elementary school, around 2011, i had officially started writing these script, like stories with cartoonish drawings, and the original plot had a lot of ha ha random humor, and even included some ridiculous plots that I'll probably include upon my revisions and rewrites, because there's a lot more original episodes that I intend to make, because I want to make the world feel fuller. This piece of art came, I want to say around 2015, because I had stopped writing for a while.

And I wanted to try to make an image showing all of the characters which I did a couple of times but this was the only one that I had from back then.

It led me to continue writing throughout the rest of high school and dropping the drawing part altogether unless I wanted to do it for like a character bio thing in a separate journal. i realized there were several episodes that I had started because I had the ideas for but never finished or ideas that I wrote down but never began. so my goal is to make the world feel more believable, despite its cartoony bullshit, and give the characters a little more depth and nuance than they previously had instead of being one dimensional stereotypes.
