My battle with acne #1
Today is my second evening with isotretinoin. After about 2 years of moderately wild adult acne (I had kinda clear skin with minimum cystic acne from time to time during my teenage years) I finally decided to go the drug route. From clear skin to painful, scarring acne = HELL. I just shelled out $1000 last summer with facials and the works but nothing happened. So there. So far, I haven't experienced any drying effects. Duh. I just had my second tablet. Anyways, I've started preparing for the brutal dryness and opted for DermaVeen lotion, Dove soap, and EOS lip balm. Dry skin = risk of aging so.... yep. Stressing about that now. Aside from that, the biggest threat is the one on my liver. Then my reproductive system. No nookie until this ends lol.
