Healthy Snacks That Help Stop Cravings
Peanut Butter (If not by itself, maybe with an apple or with celery)
Nuts (Almonds, walnuts, cashews, peanuts, etc.)
Fruit (Bananas, Apples, Clementines, Grapes, etc.)
Yogurt (Frozen Gogurts are great quick and easy snacks!)
Raw Veggies with a little bit of dressing (Carrots, Broccoli, Tomatoes, Celery, Cucumbers, Peppers, Cauliflower, Pea-pods, etc.)
Have a glass of water, milk, or 100% juice, you may find that you are actually just thirsty
Pay attention to what your body is craving between meals, (salt, sugar, etc.) and then eat according to whatever your body needs!
