idk about y’all, but I’d be pretty devastated. and it’d be hard to hold that back. especially when nobody was really expecting your team to get as far as they did. call it a bit of a Cinderella story if you will, but damn it, Dallas earned their place in the final and it fucking sucks that it ended this way.
so yeah. the captain got emotional. honestly I’d be surprised if he hadn’t. to be so close to your goal and just miss it, who could blame him?
