But that is

just so bland

like the hospital food

That makes you forget you ever tasted good.

You don't know if you'll ever

get there

So you crawl out your comfort zone

Of words and ink

All just in despair

finding a book of hope

But self help

isn't much the deed .

Throw it across the floor

Coz you hate every single word in it

You know

-It's a rulebook

For the mentally charged .

-A mapwork

To find all the bad parts .

And you don't want any of that .
