I'm tired of people using slop as a genre. Slop implies it is garbage. AI stuff IS slop, but games made with passion or filled with player-friendly choices are NOT. Games with stories or lessons to tell aren't slop. Just because it isn't your preference doesn't mean it's slop.
Taiwan Cool Fox isn't the best game in the world, but it was a fruitful passion project.
Among Us may have changed the trajectory of the internet, but it was made with care and is still improving itself to this day
Mouse P.I. may look like just another thing riding on the coattails of Mickey Mouse's entrance into the public domain, but it's a carefully crafted game with modern political commentary and some of the most viewer friendly interaction I've seen in a while.
STOP USING SLOP WHERE IT DOESN'T BELONG.
