school's out for summer || high school au || gabe and dean

         "-- Hey, Winchester!"

    A brand-spankin'-new motorcycle swings into the school parking lot, narrowly missing its rider's age-old nemesis as it pulls up to the curb. The rider's smug, toothy grin is all too obvious, given the lack of a helmet.

           Everyone knows the Novaks aren't the wealthiest of folks, so it's pretty easy to guess where Gabriel got the bike from --                           ( he and his big brother Luce stole it for kicks over spring break )                     -- but that just makes it all the more badass, him riding up on a stolen motorcycle. Just how the hierarchy of high school works, right? Luce filed off the serial number, Gabe polished it 'til it shined, and now he can feel eyes on him from all over campus as he sets the kickstand and hops off, running a hand through his perpetually unruly golden-blond hair.

                                 "Nice, innit? Got one helluvan engine on it, too. Maybe you should tie a battery to your dinky little moped, get an upgrade."
